I would like to wish our American readers a Happy Labor day. And I would like to say sorry to Cheesecake, since his summer vacation will be over.
Useless Info
Getting to 1k.
I have such trivial goals in life, one of which is to get this photo of the lovely Jessica Nigri to 1,000 hits. I shot this photo at last years New York Comic Con, it’s kinda shitty if you ask me, but 2 things happened.
1. I got to meet Jessica Nigri
2. I was able to photograph Jessica Nigri.
Like I said, trivial goals. Maybe sometime in the future, I may be able to do a full photo shoot of/with her.
Please the 10’s of readers that we have (and that’s being optimistic), help my photo get to 1k.
History lesson
So that’s what happened…..

My sides are bursting. And so are Terry Crews’.
This guy knows how to take muscles to the next level. Open a new tab to watch it on Vimeo, and watch the entire thing to get a special treat. Trust me.
School’s coming in soon.
It’s a bit of a disappointment, to me. I haven’t done anything productive this summer.
Hmm… Let’s have a run through of what I’ve done this summer.
- …
- Nothing…
- Still thinking of nothing…
- …
- Blanks are the only things being pulled right now…
- Nope.
- I’ve done absolutely nothing.
Maybe being “employed” to contribute to this blog counts?
Anyway, I hope that everyone out there has had a more successful and more productive summer vacation.
I feel sick.
Oh, really? As the weekend comes along? I’m sick? This sucks. I must’ve overworked my body on Wednesday. It was nonstop running and walking and skateboarding for 12 hours straight.
My throat is killing me, my head is pounding, my muscles are sore. Hopefully I’ll feel better soon. I will not be updating you with an Earworm tonight, I’m gonna try to get some rest.
Oh, is this a birthday post?
Well, well, well. The big man is turning another page and adding another year to his past. Happy birthday, Jon!
I grew up with him, and he’s more of a big brother to me than a cousin. We’re a tight knit family, and it helped that we used to live in the same vicinity. Now I’m on Long Island and he’s in New Jersey. Jon’s influenced me in everything; musical tastes, car preferences, video games, television shows, books, technology… I don’t know what I’d be without him.
Damn, this post wasn’t meant to be that sentimental. But it ended up being pretty emotion-filled.
Okay, it’s true, I’m not one to use social media to greet someone a happy birthday. Nor do I use Facebook to remember a person’s date of birth. I try to remember the birth dates of the important people in my life, and The Big Cheese is one of the most important.
And isn’t that great? It’s on a Friday!

I’m Back!
Yes, I was quiet for a few days enjoying the grey and rainy skies of the Outerbanks in North Carolina (South Shores to be exact). I had my laptop, and I did post one Earworm while I was down there, but I just couldn’t be bothered. In any case, let me get settled in, and hopefully, will proceed to our regularly blog.
I leave you with a classic video to celebrate my return
Don’t be a semi-educated pedant.
We shouldn’t learn just to pass an exam (which is quite pretentious). We should learn to enjoy the world.
