Hey readers, just wanted to wish you all a Happy Holidays! We, Big Cheese, Cheesecake, and I hope you guys and gals get everything you wanted for this season. One thing that I asked for, which i got early; a copy of the Mass Effect Trilogy! Looking forward to adding this to my backlog cracking these open and perhaps doing my own review.

This strip, created by a fellow MGS fan named Chris Douchette, ran this comic from 2003-2008. I was lucky enough to run into all 500 completed pages and wanted to share them with all of you readers. I’ll try to reiterate each and every consecutive page as time goes on. Most of the humor stems from the going on throughout the MGS series, so those who aren’t too familiar may find themselves slightly lost. My solution: play the MGS games. Last night marked a night of fights for boxing fans around the world. Most notably the main event, Pacquiao vs Rios. And while I’m in the Pacman camp for obvious reasons, one being that I’m a Filipino so I’ve got a ton of pride for Manny, and second and more importantly Pacman is a great pound for pound fighter. The former can sound bias, and maybe I am. But the fact is, Manny has great hands, footwork, and most of all speed. (more…)
Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes, which is a prologue to The Phantom Pain, is slated to come out in Spring 2014, with TPP to follow sometime later. But it seems semi related instances have been surfacing in the wild recently.
Honda has developed a device called Walking Assist. It’s an apparatus which apparently aids individuals with walking difficulties get by on their own two legs with a little nudge from said contraption. It’s purpose is to aid in the rehabilitation of those who have suffered from traumatic events such as a stroke or perhaps a car accident. (more…)
So I recently took a stroll to my local game shop last weekend to see if there were any bargain deals. For a gamer dad who has an almost 1 year old, and has a budget for which the majority goes to diapers and baby food, bargain hunting for games was essential.
HTC One – Month later
So it’s been a month since I’ve bought my HTC One, and it still brings me joy to use as it did on the first day. The screen still looks incredibly clear. Watching videos is still very much joyous. Switching back and forth between my old Galaxy Nexus and the HTC One, the difference is quite drastic. It just pops more on the One. The Boom speakers still amazes me when I use it. I’ve gotten a lot of positive comments on how the sound….sounds great, and as well as the screen. (more…)
