Chicago is definitely one of the best North American cities that Garfield and I have ever visited. Friendly people, great food, fantastic shopping and awesome nightlife!  Oh, and I failed to mention Chicago has one of the most spectacular skylines on the face of this planet!  As with most big cities, traffic can be terrible and parking is very expensive! Read on to find out why the city might be coined, “The Big Onion”. Bacon (or Burger) and (root)Beer!  Probably the best lunch combo there is!

I had a chance to revisit the food tents in front of Toronto Union Station again.  I didn’t realize just how much selection was available in such a small space!  Diving in, I discovered Bacon Nation.

Random Photo Of The Day – Banh Mi Boys

Went to a Vietnamese sandwich shop some time last month and this was what my girlfriend ordered.  Rice bun, veggies and a decent sized strip of Pork Belly.  Jezza, eat your heart out!
