There was a lot of confusion surrounding the announcement of Metal Gear Solid: Ground Zeroes and The Phantom Pain. And then after GDC, where Hideo Kojima revealed that GZ and TPP were in fact, one and the same forming Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain, there was even more confusion as to what it all meant.

Hot off the pressess from this years Game Developers Conference, Hideo Kojima show’s off the next iteration of his Metal Gear Series.
I haven’t fully seen it yet, but from what I saw, this is making me giddy.

Kojima Is Already In San Francisco For GDC!
So Kojima has finally made his way to San Francisco for GDC. Tomorrow he will be presenting his demo of the FOX Engine called “Photorealism through the eyes of a ‘Fox’ – The core of Metal Gear Solid: Ground Zeroes.”
The presentation will clock in at around 90 minutes and will be streamed live via GameSpot. The crew at Kojima Productions did some rehearsals today and were kind enough to take some photos during the process.
It all goes down at 11:00 AM PST tomorrow. Or in 15 hours as indicated below.

At long last Android Jelly Bean 4.2.2 for VZW Galaxy Nexus!
Finally received the OTA for the next iteration of Android Jelly Bean, 4.2.2. Its been a week since it has been announced for Verizon Nexus handsets and several months since it has been released. I will have to play with it more but at first glance, loving the new improvements.
Did anyone else get the OTA?

Jetstream Sam DLC Cutting And Taking April
On April 9th Japan will receive a tasty little treat in the form of DLC. Players will be able to take on the role of Jetstream Sam aka Samuel Rodriguez and will also find out more about his backstory and some details eluding to his past before the events of Rising. The DLC will cost 1000 yen. Here are a few more screen shots.
